Issue Summary

After running a global expiry job and viewing a deployment project history. the environment is missing in the "Was deployed on" column

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a deployment project
2. Configure a global expiry with rules that will expire old deployment releases
3. Run the global expiry job
4. Go to Deployment Project > Releases

Expected Results

In "Was deployed on" column it should have the environment name present

Actual Results

For some of the expired deployments, the environment name is missing in the "Was deployed on" column

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
