Summary

When cloning a Bamboo environment for testing purposes, it would be helpful to have the option to disable all deployment environment triggers. This way, even if users manually run a build, it would not trigger any deployments that are linked to it and have the After successful build/stage trigger.

Suggestion

Either

1. Have a System Property that, when added to the Bamboo JVM, would disable all automatic deployments, making them run manually only, similarly to the disable automatic triggers for build plans' property.
2. Expand the Bulk Actions > Replace trigger to cover Deployment Environments as well. Currently, only build plans are covered by this feature.
