In Bamboo 9.2.1 help links don't land on the specific documentation page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Bamboo 9.2.1
2. Click Create Plan
3. Link the link '.Learn more on creating a plan' link and it lands on the common documentation page.

4. It is linked to http://docs.atlassian.com/bamboo/docs-0902/Creating+a+plan#Creatingaplan-Creatinganewplan 

Expected Results

Should be landing on the specific page for the creating plan in the above example.

The page loaded below
