Completion time information of incomplete builds is not present on the API call

Issue Summary

For an Incomplete build, the build result summary shows the Completed time information in Bamboo UI, however, the build result completed time fields are not returned in the result of the REST API - /rest/api/latest/result/{projectKey-buildKey-buildNumber}

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stop a running build
2. Check the build result using an API call /rest/api/latest/result/{projectKey-buildKey-buildNumber}

Expected Results

The build result from an API should include the completed build time fields or a complete build result information

Actual Results

The API result does not contain the completed time fields or a complete build result information

Workaround

No workaround for now.
