Summary
When creating a Support Zip in Bamboo, the Limit file sizes option is enabled by default under Customize.
This results in situations where customers send us Support Zips with truncated log files which might not contain data from the timestamp we're looking for, and halt/delay the ticket troubleshooting, as we'd have to go back to the customer and ask them to re-generate the SZip without limiting file sizes (or gather the files manually).
Suggestion
Make Limit file sizes under Customize disabled by default.
