Issue Summary

Deployment Bamboo UI not showing any indication of Specs publish. This can be an issue as we would not know if the newerbuild fails would be because someone changed the build spec or the code was wrong

Steps to Reproduce

1. make a change in PBCImageCreatorSpec.java
2. Create a PR,
3. Once approved , merge it 

Expected Results

Once the Pr is merged you should see the below symbol in https://deployment-bamboo.internal.atlassian.com/browse/CAPS-PBC

Actual Results

The expected symbol ( circled in the above image) does not show
