Add an option in Bamboo database to store/retrieve the Bamboo URL agents are using.

      Problem definition

      Currently, Bamboo database does not store the agent URL of Bamboo that it's used to connect to. This information is stored inside the wrapper.conf file, therefore if the Bamboo URL is changed all agent wrapper would need to be manually replaced with the new Bamboo URL.

      Suggested Solution

      1. Add a new table or column in the queue table in the database that will keep this information whenever the agent connects to Bamboo. 
      2. Have a bulk alter/update option to have these URL's updated in the wrapper.conf file.
      3. Add an HTTP 301/302 redirect to the new URL on your Reverse Proxy or even on a dedicated webserver. Note: You'll need Bamboo 9.3.3 for the new Bamboo URL to be followed correctly. Check BAM-22455 and BAM-21709 for more information.
