      Problem

      The page Overview > Elastic Bamboo > Disconnected Instances does not have granular permissions. Only admins can view the page and terminate instances.

      Environment

      Any release of Bamboo.

      Expected Results

      Add an option or permissions to allow to add specific users to access this page and terminate AWS instances.
