Build logs duplicated in Bamboo DC Windows environment

Build Logs duplicated in Bamboo DC Windows environment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Bamboo DC in a Windows Environment
2. Create a Remote Agent
3. Create a Plan with a simple task
4. Build the Plan while the 'Transmit logs live for all build and deployments' on in Build Monitoring
5. View the Build logs and see if it is duplicated 

Expected Results

No duplication in the Build logs

Actual Results

Workaround

Disable the 'Transmit logs live for all build and deployments' in  Overview-> Plan-> Build Monitoring.
