Problem Definition
Allow the option to define custom the path for artifacts/tmp folder in order to allow customers to keep the folder on local storage.
Suggested Solution
In bamboo.cfg.xml file is currently possible to define customized path for the artifacts folder, but not for artifacts/tmp folder.
Why this is important
As the artifacts folder is on shared storage, defining a customized path on local storage for the artifacts/tmp folder will allow Bamboo do decrease the amount of writes to shared storage by 50%
