Problem Definition

Currently, Bamboo remote handler does not allow to define "Package threshold" to pack the artifact into a single file and improve performance when persisting on disk.

It would be also nice to see this option for the SSH artifact handler.

Suggested Solution

Implement the same mechanism already available for S3 artifact handler.

Why this is important

Having this option would allow improve the performance when storing the artifacts on shared storage.
