Issue Summary

The "Showing last 25 builds" interactive element is Keyboard inaccessible.
Name of the element: Showing last 25 builds
Location of the element: Above the plan summary heading.
Additional details:
As there is no HREF attribute in the anchor, the link is not accessible by the keyboard. Also, this does not expose the link role to screen readers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the home page
2. Navigate to the "Project" link in the header and activate it.
3. Navigate to the project link present under the "Project" column and activate it. 
4. Navigate to the plan link present under the "Plan" column and activate it.
5. Observe the mentioned interactive elements are not accessible with the keyboard.

Actual Results

Keyboard support is missing for the "Showing last 25 builds" interactive element.

This made it difficult for keyboard-only and screen-reader users to access the button. Additionally, the state is not defined for the menu button. 

Expected Results

• Use custom role="button" and tabindex="0" to make sure that this button receives keyboard focus and has an interactive role.
• Provide "aria-expanded" and "aria-haspopup" attributes to the <a> element.
• Provide role "menu" to <ul> and "menuitem" to the <a> elements of the options present in the popup.
• Modify the scripts to ensure that the button is accessible with a keyboard as well as a mouse.
•  The focus indicator should be clear with a sufficient color contrast ratio.
