    Description

      As a developer, I may have a build that takes hours to complete. If I have a task that causes the build to fail, prior to the fix for BAM-21777, I could disable the task, and use the 'rerun failed incomplete builds', saving some time. After the fix for BAM-21777, this is no longer an option. Can we make this change an option?
