Summary
When configuring the System-level notification for remote agents going offline, it's not possible to configure if it applies to specific agents only.
Suggestion
Provide a way to either exclude or select which agents will trigger the Agent Offline notification.
Workaround
If you configure the notification to trigger emails, as a workaround your email client could be configured with rules to automatically delete emails that contain the "<agent name> is offline" subject. The notification emails contain the agent's name in the subject field.
