Issue Summary

Whenever the Deployment Expiry Service runs, no further information regarding expired deployment results is logged. Whenever a deployment result is expired it gets removed from the database and no evidence of it is left on the audit logs.

Having the means to trace which deployment results were deleted is important to understand the historical behaviour of the application.

This is reproducible on Data Center:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable deployment expiry
2. Have a few deployment results that will expire once the process runs
3. Run expiry

Expected Results

Logs should contain the list of expired deployment results

Actual Results

Currently, the logs will only show orphaned artifacts that were removed

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
