Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Under "Bamboo Build warnings" task, the dropdown is missing the option of "Clang-tidy" parser in the recent Bamboo versions. 

This issue is seen on Bamboo 8.1.8 and 8.2.3/8.2.4.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto the Plan Configuration and add a new task "Bamboo Build warnings"
2. Click on the dropdown of parser

Expected Results

"Clang-tidy" option is visible.

Actual Results

"Clang-tidy" option is not visible in the recent versions.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
