Summary

Currently Bamboo does not have a feature to notify when a plugin license is about to expire.

Solution

Implement a triggering or REST API option like the email notifications that will notify a week prior to the expiration of the license in the main UI page.

• Implement a REST API endpoint to check plugin license expiry information.
• Add email notifications that will notify a week prior to the expiration of the license (customizable)
• Add popups in the UI when the plugin licenses are close to the expiry date.

Jira seems to have a plugin from a third-party License Reminder.
This has been a concern and request across our products.
