Webhook notification does not follow http.nonProxyHost and http(s).proxyPassword

Problem

Bamboo POST Webhooks do not follow Proxy settings exclusions and authentication

Environment

Bamboo 7, 8

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Bamboo and connect it to a Proxy. Set http.nonProxyHost and http.proxyPassword/https.proxyPassword properties
2. Create a Plan
3. Add a notification with "Webhook" as recipient
4. Trigger the notification

Expected Results

Bamboo should use the provided Proxy credentials and skip using the proxy for Webhook URLs listed on http.nonProxyHost

Actual Results

Bamboo uses the Proxy in every situation. Bamboo does not authenticate with the Proxy.

Workaround

Configure the Proxy to accept the Webhook URL from Bamboo and forward the connection without authentication.
