Background deletion of a job with artifact subscriptions fails

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a plan with 2 stages
2. Add an artifact to a job in the 1st stage
3. Create few jobs in the 2nd stage that subscribe to the artifact
4. Remove one of the jobs

Expected Results

Background deletion removes the job

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-bamboo.log file:

2022-03-19 14:34:11,711 ERROR [DelayedDeletionThread] [DeletionServiceHelper] failed to lazily initialize a collection of role: com.atlassian.bamboo.plan.artifact.ArtifactDefinitionImpl.subscriptions, could not initialize proxy - no Session

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
