Problem Definition

Currently the expiry settings are set by number of builds / deployments to keep
We would like to see something along the lines "Keep last N builds that are newer than N years"

Suggested Solution

Add option so the deletion occurs based on two dates ('soft' and 'hard' age limit where 'hard' limit overrides exclusions like 'minimum builds to keep')

Why this is important

There's no need to keep data that is older than X number of years.
