Issue Summary

When a variable created on a Bamboo Plan is selected to be overiden on a Plan Branch , it does not display its original value on the screen.

Users have to go to the main plan to look for the original value of the Variable.

Environment

Issue seen on Bamboo 8+( tested on 8.1.1 ), working fine on 7 ( tested on 7.1.2 )

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Plan variable on a Bamboo plan , see below screenshot.
   
2. Goto the Plan branch of this main plan and try to override the variable by selecting it from the dropdown , see below results for Bamboo 8 and Bamboo 7.
3. On Bamboo 8.1.1 , the value box is empty.
    
4. On Bamboo 7.1.2 it displays the value of the original variable in the box.
   

Expected Results

On Bamboo 8+ , the original value of the main plan branch variable should be displayed on the value box similar to older versions when it is selected under plan branches.

Actual Results

On Bamboo 8+ , the original value of the main plan variable in empty when it is selected under plan branches.

Workaround

Currently the workaround is to goto the main plan branch and look for the value of the variable which is being selected under plan branches.
