Add support for OAuth 2.0 in Bamboo

      Issue Summary

      Add support for OAuth 2.0 in Bamboo. This would permit external applications access to Bamboo data and make current integrations more secure and reliable. OAuth 2.0 would also allow other popular 3rd party apps to create their own connectors to be used specifically with Bamboo

      Expected Results

      Application Links integrations with other Atlassian products or external applications, using either OAuth 1.0 or OAuth 2.0

      Actual Results

      Application Links integrations with other Atlassian products or external applications are using only OAuth 1.0

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
