Currently Bamboo has a fine grain Deployment Environment permission to control user or group with the Deploy a deployment project.

Add an option to enforce a delegated approval role for deployment project:

For a deployment project, an approval with the approval role has to approve a request to execute a deployment, only then will the deployment be executed
