      Partial unattended installation doesn't work as expected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Provide DB credentials
      2. Start instance
      3. Provide license

      Expected Results

      Bamboo allows to enter missing values at setup screens and pass setup process without UI glitches

      Actual Results

      Exceptions in logs and UI

      Workaround

      Use full unattended installation
