Issue Summary

Deleted repositories are still shown on "Bamboo Specs" section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a repository. Let's call it RepoA
2. Create a second repository. Let's call it repoB.
3. RepoB is configured to use Bamboo Specs and also configured to be accessed by RepoA as Specs
   (In RepoB, tab "Bamboo Specs", section "Linked repositories", RepoA will be displayed)
4. Delete RepoA (if the repository is still being references in some way, like a build result, RepoA will still exist in the DB)

Expected Results

In the section "Bamboo Specs" for RepoB, RepoA will no longer be displayed.

Actual Results

RepoA is present

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
