      Problem Definition

      Currently there's no endpoint to provide a dump with all information about a build

      Suggested Solution

      provide an endpoint that will provide the entire build data including tests that have been successful, failed or in quarantine

      Why this is important

      Its easier and faster to retrieve the data and help make future decision on what tests to remove from quarantine or put in quarantine.
