      Issue Summary

      /server REST endpoint throws exception when uses on instance with a server license

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Hit the endpoint

      Expected Results

      Status of the server is returned.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-bamboo.log file:

      2021-09-24 09:34:29,521 ERROR [http-nio-8085-exec-4] [SqlExceptionHelper] ERROR: relation "cluster_node_heartbeat" does not exist
  Position: 54

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
