      Related to BAM-21137

      If Project B nominates a Dependency with scope Import on Project A, then Project B should be rebuilt if Project A is rebuilt.  Currently that does not happen.

      If Project B nominates Project A as its Parent, then Project B should be rebuilt if Project A is rebuilt.  Currently that does not happen.

      This means that we cannot have certainty that changes made in Parent projects and in Imported projects (typically Bill-of-Materials POMs) have been rippled through the projects which depend upon them.

      Raised as a Suggestion because I don't oin my personal capacity have a SEN.  

      I am frankly dismayed that the issue I raised with your support team back in Oct 2020 has not yet been addressed (BAM-21137).
