      Problem definition

      Currently it is not possible to list any build plans that generates artifacts. In order to check if there is an artifact we need to open job by job.

      Suggested resolution

      Have a feature that lists all the build plans with its artifacts inside the Artifacts Handlers page under the Administration area.
