      Problem Definition

      Currently, it's not possible to rename or update a project name via REST API.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an API that allows updating / renaming a project.

      Workaround

      The only way to rename a project is via the UI or if your plans and projects are managed by Bamboo Specs:
