On the Global Permissions page in Bamboo, we have the option to provide the following:

• Access
• Create
• Create Repository
• Restricted Admin
• Admin

We want to provide on a global scale access to groups of people to also build projects. Because of the high number of Build Plans in Bamboo, it's not feasible to manage this per build plan.

We also need to allow developer the ability to trigger builds from Bitbucket, but permission levels in Bamboo don't allow us to use this feature as only Admins can have build permission on a global scale.
