Add the ability to bulk add stages, jobs and tasks to plans

      Problem Definition

      Stages, jobs and tasks must be added individually to plans.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability within the UI to bulk add stages, jobs and tasks within certain projects or plans.

      For example, Bamboo admins want to have the ability to introduce a stage to all plans that contain a set of pre-defined jobs and tasks that are going to be mandatory for all teams to run before they build or test their code.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
