Script task should suggest changing the interpreter according to the script file's extension

Problem Definition

Currently, there's no logic in a Script Task that compares the Interpreter with the extension of a script file indicated in the Script File field.

Suggested Solution

It would be nice if, upon indicating a PowerShell script file (.ps1) in the Script File text box within a Script Task, the UI would suggest the user to change the Interpreter to Windows PowerShell if they have Shell or cmd.exe selected.
