Add a caveat to the description of the After successful build plan trigger

      Problem Definition

      The After successful build plan trigger does not automatically trigger a deployment environment when a build plan has manual stages and they haven't been completed. Builds are only partially complete if the manual stage hasn't run.

      It is therefore necessary to run the manual stage and complete the build for the After successful build plan trigger to start a new release.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be nice to change the wording/ description of the After successful build plan trigger inside this document page (https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/triggers-for-deployment-environments-342098622.html#Triggersfordeploymentenvironments-Aftersuccessfulbuildplan) to make it clear that the trigger will not kick off when there's a manual stage inside the build plan that hasn't run. Manual stages must be run for the build to complete and the trigger to work.
