Shared artifact sometimes becomes unable to download to a Deployment

Issue Summary

Occasionally, the deployment plan appears to be misconfigured, the UI shows that shared artifacts in the build plan are missing, and artifacts can't be downloaded in Deployment task.

Steps to Reproduce

Unable, it appears random

Expected Results

Deployment runs and succeeds as expected.

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the deployment log:

Unable to download artifact Shared artifact: [artifact-name], pattern: [copy-pattern] anchored at: [location]

Workaround

• If the Deployment is managed in the UI:
  Re-save the Deployment tasks using the affected artifact(s)

• If the Deployment is managed with Bamboo Specs:
  Edit the Deployment's Spec to update the tasks for that Deployment environment
