Problem Definition
The Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin in Bamboo currently does not capture the application and access logs when custom paths for these logs are configured. This plugin currently uses a hardcoded path for logs and hence if custom log locations are used, these logs are not captured in Support Zip.
Suggested Solution 1
Improve the plugin to capture the application and access logs from custom log location in Support Zip upon generating.
Suggested Solution 2
Bamboo should have TWO appenders for application logs along with TWO appenders for access logs.
