Deleting online Agents should also revoke their approvals

      Summary

      The delete action does not remove the agent approval. This will cause the agent to being removed and once the agent is restarted it's re added back and ready to build.

      Environment

      Bamboo 7.2.3

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add approved remote agent
      2. From the online agents screen, select the agent and delete it.

      Expected Results

      Agent is deleted, agent approval / authentication is revoked

      Actual Results

      Agent is removed, howeve, once the agent is restarted, it automatically comes back online as the approval still exists in the database

      Workaround

      Revoke approval or disable the agent
