Get notified in Bamboo when the Atlassian IP addresses used by Bitbucket Cloud to send webhooks change

Problem Definition

When using Bitbucket Cloud webhooks to trigger build plans it is required in Bamboo to whitelist the Atlassian outgoing IP addresses documented here.

However, those IP addresses can be modified by Atlassian without further notice which would cause Bamboo customers to have their triggers disabled until the IP ranges get updated.

Suggested Solution

Receive a notification either through Bamboo UI or directly to the plan admins if they have Bitbucket Cloud webhook triggers configured in Bamboo and any changes on the Atlassian outgoing IPs happen.

Workaround

A possible workaround would be to watch the page by logging in with your Atlassian account and clicking on the Watch button at the top right.
