    Description

      It would be nice to make Artifact download task optional, i.e. not fail the task if artifact itself is non-required.

      The logic behind this is as follows: if artifact is non-required i.e. it's OK not to have it in build results, the task that downloads this artifact should also be optional, i.e. it should not fail the entire build.
