Issue Summary

Currently when downloading an artifact from the UI it's not possible to resume the download in case of failure.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start downloading a large artifact from the UI
2. Loose connectivity for a short period of time in order to have the download failing.
3. Click retry for resuming the download.

Expected Results

The download should resume from where it was interrupted

Actual Results

The download starts from the beginning.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
