Bamboo username which Chrome remembers is automatically inserted to random UI fields

Issue Summary

If you let Chrome remember username and password when logging in to Bamboo, this username will be randomly auto inserted into UI fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Chrome to login to Bamboo
2. When prompted, allow Chrome to save your username and password
3. Configure a plan
4. Select a Job
5. Add a new "Docker" task
6. Additional arguments field is populated with saved username

The same behavior is observed on create a new plan page

Expected Results

No auto insertions

Actual Results

Username is auto inserted
