Allow choosing more than one create plan branch option

Currently navigation as Bamboo Admin to an existin Bamboo plan's Plan configuration page and there on tab "Branches" under "Create plan branch", it is merel possible to select one of these 3 options

• "When pull request is created"
• "When new branch in repository is created"
• "When new branch in repository is created and matches expression" (adding regex)

and not combinations of the Pull Request (PR) and with a Git branch creation event.

The only way trying to work arond that is by selecting the more important one for plan branch creation and trying to "emulate" the other one.

"Emulate" because neither PR nor Git branch creation currently exist in Bamboo as build triggers, so it would need to be replaces by either a commit / push, a polling, or a scheduled / cron type trigger which are those being currently available.
