When upgrading Bamboo, we keep the Bamboo home directory; however, the installation directory is not the same, so every upgrade requires to update some configuration files stored in the installation folder.

For example, the server.xml, which contains network configuration for Bamboo needs to be updated when upgrading.

Suggestion: Keep the configuration files stored in the Bamboo home directory.
