Configure build triggers with YAML specs

      Add an option to configure build triggers in YAML specs. 

      Currently it is not supported and when you try to export the build plan which has triggers into YAML specs, you see the following:

      triggers:
# Trigger type TriggerProperties{name='After deployment', description='test', enabled=true} is not supported yet
