log_spool folder is not cleaned on Windows remote agents

Issue Summary

$BAMBOO_AGENT_HOME/temp/log_spool folder is not cleaned on Windows remote agents even after the fix for:

• BAM-19715: Agent Home "/tmp/log_spool" directory is not cleaned by Bamboo (fixed in Bamboo 6.8.0)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run some builds on a Windows remote agent

Expected Results

$BAMBOO_AGENT_HOME/temp/log_spool files are removed.

Actual Results

$BAMBOO_AGENT_HOME/temp/log_spool files are not removed and gradually build over time, using significant disk space.

Workaround

Clear the directory manually.
