Scheduled triggers sometimes collide with the branch expiry

Summary

Scheduled triggers sometimes collide with the branch expiry process and don't trigger anymore.

Expected results

Bamboo triggers the scheduled trigger.

Actual Results

The trigger thread (QuartzTriggerJob) get stuck if the branch expiry (BranchExpiryJob) is running at the same time.

Workaround

Change the scheduled trigger time to a different time that the branch expiry (default value is at 3 am).
