As e3d661f016e5 said I've submitted fix to Slack plugin repo few days ago and wait for repo owner to accept it and release new version. Please comment to #69 to raise awareness of repo owner.

            Sam,

There is an issue and subsequent PR to fix the issue with the plugin on it's bitbucket issues page (https://bitbucket.org/mathieumarache/bamboo-slack-plugin/pull-requests/18/fix-for-69/diff) submitted by the Assignee of this ticket. Hopefully the owner of the repository can accept it and get us all back up and running ASAP.

Unfortunately the workaround by disabling the Slack Notification app will not work for us as we rely on it to notify us when builds pass/fail (and Bamboo does not provide this out of the box). Should we report this as a bug to the owners of that app?

This is a conflict with the app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213289/slack-notifications-for-bamboo?hosting=server&tab=overview

Disabling the slack notifications app resolves the issue.

Maybe relevant - we are having this issue as well as a similar issue with this plugin where "Slack webhook URL" is not saving (blank in database entry as well). Other users of this plugin are reporting the same issue with 7.1.1.
