Add option to minimize list of artifacts in build notifications

Problem Definition

A build is producing a large list of files/artifacts that can't be grouped / packaged / compressed

Suggested Solution

Add an option to limit artifact result list. When the list exceeds a certain threshold (for example 50), add an ellipsis " . . . " and cut the list short for the notifications.
