Bamboo slows down extremely when a lot of users renamed at the same time

Issue Summary

On user rename Bamboo updates old build result trigger reason to reflect new user name for manually triggered builds. It may cause build starting slow down.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Bamboo to LDAP repo
2. Initiate bulk update of users at LDAP side
3. Synchronize users
4. See user synchronization started

Expected Results

Builds can be normally build

Actual Results

Builds don't start as some DB tables are locked

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
