      Problem Definition

      As for now, Bamboo does not show details about the test cases that are skipped or quarantined.

      Suggested Solution

      Users should be able to see the details about the tests even though they are being skipped if this information is present in the test result XML file.

            There are legitimate reasons for wanting to temporarily skip a test - e.g. if it's flaky or if a downstream provider is causing a failure. It's useful to be able to output a reason a test is skipped and have it display in bamboo.
